My test site at Media Temple was down and their Support team took care of me. What do you think of their response?
Just as I was preparing my first post on uptime and response time for my 3 test sites, Media Temple goes down. I’m gonna let this run and see when they realize I’m down.
It’s a pretty close race, but I know what I consider important when installing and managing WordPress. Here’s who I like for this round.
I’ve installed and configured over 50 WordPress blogs at CartikaHosting, and I can confirm that it really is a 5 minute install. But how do MediaLayer and Media Temple compare?
I’m excited to start using MediaLayer after my excellent introduction to their services.
